As project and development managers, the best compliment we receive is "Leggat McCall Properties took ownership of the project".
Project ownership is the ability and willingness to articulate the plan forward from the best information available at the time. Our team makes broad expertise available for everyone to draw upon. Our culture makes this collaboration the rule and not the exception.

Sam is currently project manager for pre-development of the Harrison Albany Block, a 3 acre site in the South End.
Prior to joining Leggat McCall, Sam was a preconstruction project manager for John Moriarty and Associates, where he worked on several projects including The Lofts at Atlantic Wharf, Longwood Center, The Museum of Fine Arts, and Boylston West.
