Since joining the firm in 2014 Paul has provided project management services focused on research design and fit out for the Brigham and Women's Hospital Building for the Future, a 650,000 SF research building for the Partners Healthcare System, scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2016.
Prior to joining Leggat McCall Properties, Paul managed the CRB Builder's Cambridge office for 5 years and was a project manager at The Richmond Group for 10 years. Paul specializes in planning, estimating and project management of life science projects including research labs, advanced technology buildings and cGMP production facilities.
Paul's past clients include Pfizer, Alnylam, Biogen Idec, Abbott, BASF, Shire HGT, Cubist, Genzyme, Merrimack, Baxter, MIT, UMass-Dartmouth, University of Rhode Island, University of Pennsylvania, Alexandria Real Estate, Patriot Partners and Equity Office.
