This project was a joint venture development with Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. The property was developed with a series of wings that would provide the potential for subdivision, with separate entrances and identities. Leggat McCall Properties formed a joint venture with Dun & Bradstreet, with 70% of the property leased to D&B and 30% to 3rd party tenants. It was ultimately sold to a medical technology company as its corporate headquarters.
