The Yawkey Center for Outpatient Care

Boston, MA

The Yawkey Center is a state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility, greatly increasing MGH'™s capacity to handle outpatient care and services. Together with MGH facilities staff, Leggat McCall Properties had overall project management responsibilities for this 10-story structure constructed above an operational facility with 'top-down' and 'bottom-up' construction. The building'™s tight site and ongoing surrounding operations made the construction challenges significant. The building also incorporates a 700-space below-grade parking facility.
