This project involved the vertical expansion of an existing 10-story building in downtown Boston to accommodate new clinical, teaching, conference, simulation labs, and administrative space. A major goal was to keep the existing structure below fully operation during construction. This is the first Tufts project to pursue LEED certification. Leggat McCall represented the owner during construction and coordinated all owner-supplied medical equipment with construction.
