Waltham, MA

Project

Leggat McCall Properties contracted with Massachusetts Medical Society as a joint-venture partner to co-invest in a land parcel in Waltham that was larger than their requirement. LMP managed the process of creating 4 separate buildable “pads”, at which time the site and ownership was divided into 2 to create a 2-pad campus for MMS and a speculative development venture for LMP. LMP then was contracted to manage the planning, design, and construction of MMS’s new headquarters. The project included administrative and executive office spaces, a daycare facility, a full dining facility, and a 180-seat amphitheatre.
