Leggat McCall acquired a partially entitled site from Wang Global with an existing 160,000 SF partially occupied Class B office building and a vacant warehouse structure. Within 45 days of meeting the seller the property was bought and within two years of acquisition, 350,000 SF of fully renovated/newly developed office space was fully leased to multiple tenants and sold to a domestic pension fund. The New 180,000 SF addition shell and core was delivered in 7 months and one week.
