Project

Leggat McCall Properties was a development consultant to the building developer and permitted the reuse of the building with the City of Cambridge two separate times. The project was an adaptive reuse of the former NECCO candy factory building as a state of the art research space for Novartis Institutes of BioMedical Research. The project includes a 6-story atrium, three floors of underground parking, and two floors of above ground parking for 420 vehicles.
